Commercial Terms:

› Payment Terms: One month rental charges as advance. Monthly charges within 7 days from invoice date.
› One side loading/unloading & freight for contract more than 2 month; to be borne by each party otherwise both side to be    borne by the Client.
› All consumable like filters, oil & diesel to be borne by the customer.
› LX Power will provide the operator at cost.
› D.G. set to be maintained by LX Power at there own cost.
› Average load 80% of rated output.
› Statutory taxes are applicable at the time of invoice shall be charged extra.
